monami.e

monami.e is an approximation of the mannequins module 'just friends' by whimsical raps in 'syntheis mode'. the code for waveshaping was taken with permission from the imaginary friends engine written by @synthetivv (thank you!).

it can get close to the just-friends sound we know and love but there are definitely elements missing. I couldn't get the fm to sound quite right as on the module the wave-shape seems to have a great effect on the sound.

there is a modulation section that allows morphing either via nb:modulate as supported by sidvagn or via midi-mappable parameter.

  • install and activate like other mods.
  • load a script that supports nb and select monami.e as player.
